I want to get myself to be more sociable. I've met bunch of guys but I have no success in asking some of them out.
How do I make an approach, even a group of guys if that makes it easier to me?
Socialize with a single guy or within a group
Unless you have the courage to approach guys as a group you could attempt to be friends with one of them first. Maybe if you spot one on their own, in the corridor or something?
See if you can say hello and make small talk before the others come.
Chatting up men for the first time
If you want to find an excuse to go and have a chat in general ask if you can borrow something. You could bring a bag of mints and then go around and share it with everyone before the job starts thus getting in favor with all?
Being fairly decent looking, just approach them and just talk to them like you would anybody else. If they respond, then it looks good. If not, then look for someone else.
Looking for single men - simply follow their lifestyle
Bottom line: If you are approaching the group in general that you acknowledge leaders of the group first. If you don't show some form of recognition or ignore them then they might get annoyed which could set a precedent for the others to follow suit.
So where you want to look for single guys are in the places they go while simply following their lifestyle.
